Built on sacrifice, shaped by family, and driven by legacy.

The story of Sandex begins with our father, who immigrated from Jalisco, Mexico, in 1992 with limited resources and a determination to build a better future for his family.

Through hard work, perseverance, and years of hands-on experience, he established a successful construction company that served the Central Valley for more than two decades. Growing up around the business, we gained firsthand experience both in the field and behind the scenes, learning what it takes to build a dependable and respected construction company.

Today, that foundation continues through Sandex Construction, Inc., led by siblings Francisco Sandoval, Martha Hernandez, and Ernesto Sandoval. Together, we bring experience in field operations, project management, and business administration, combining our strengths to lead the next generation of the family business.

Rooted in the values our father instilled in us, Sandex represents both a continuation of that legacy and a new chapter—one built on experience, driven by progress, and focused on the future.

As we continue to grow, our commitment remains the same: delivering quality work, building lasting relationships, and earning the trust of contractors, developers, and communities throughout the Central Valley.
